This is great for anyone who does not own him in fantasy.... as long as it gets finalized and the suspension starts next week....

He misses first two rounds of playoffs...then can come back for the finals... and Dallas plays Seattle in fantasy finals!

This is ridiculous.......but now I read there's still a chance it doesn't even happen this year.

Either way I'm sitting on the fence here....I dealt Morris and McFadden for him yesterday...which yes Im very happy about....but I did it as a 7-1 team in hopes I get a bye. If this keeps getting pushed and then he's eventually just out for the fantasy playoffs. That would suck.

Personally if I was Zeke, I would accept the suspension, release something that says it's not an admission of guilt, but i don't want to be a distraction for the team, and that would be it.

There should be some sort of clause in the CBA that states that this can not happen at take up a full season.

That if the occurrence has not been solved by week 3 of the season that it has to be put on the shelf until the off-season and get it figured out in the off season.

For incidents that occur during the season... they must be determined within a 3 week period or wait until the off season. None of this back and forth and different courts and different appeals...

1 appeal max type thing...until the off season.. then appeal and do what ever you want.

I'd be curious how much money Zeke/Cowboys have cost the country in tax dollars used to "settle" this.

I heard on The 06010 podcast (ESPN fantasy football) that Rod Smith was ahead of McFadden on the depth chart before the stay was granted.

Yeah, me too. But I think it's Morris/McFadden as RB1 (whoever gets the hot hand first) then Smith is RB2. Whoever doesn't get RB1 status ends up getting RB3.
