I thought maybe this had something to do with cryptozoology and creatures like the Loch Ness Monster and Sasquatch.

    Prices are out of control.

    Bitcoin, Ethereum, Litecoin, Neo, etc.

I was more interested in what your thoughts are for this going forward.

Does anyone see it taking over the financial world?

I set myself up with a broker and patiently waiting for a good entry now.

    EDIT:

For those who don't know what Im talking about.......To sum it up.....

It is digital currency that operates independently of any banking/government system.

What do you consider a good entry?

It wont take over. The biggest mafia in the world wont allow it to take over. There is also some risk it will get regulated to death making it unappealing for investors. Right now its like the wild west. Booming. Why would you pay a broker? Just do it yourself. Its not that difficult, its just a hassle.

Bitcoin was at $3000 only about three weeks ago! Its like $4400 now.

I think you'd be better of giving your money to charity. At least that way some good will come out of it...

This is why I prefer to invest in things I understand. These currencies do not fall into that category for me by a long shot.

Mr Guru, how did you determine $3000 as your entry point? With stocks I can see how people set targets based on what they believe the real value of the company to be and whether it's currently under-priced or over-priced. How do you do this with Bitcoin? Do you think it's inherently worth $3000?

I do most of my investing purely as a technical investor.

    $3000 seems to be support.

Are you talking about investing in it? Or actually mining bitcoins? I know a guy who mines bitcoins on his PC 24/7; it's to the point where it isn't fiscally responsible to do that anymore.
