Well, we've been taking a pounding the last few days. Everything red. ADA is my only crypto that managed to stay on trend. Volatility sucks! Oh wait, unless its awesome, then its awesome. hahaha I bought more BTC when it dipped below 49kusd. It seems to be in a big consolidation phase right now. Seems to be support at around 46, but its new highs rather than resistance on the day chart. Might be just me, but I'm having fun. lol

Having rode out the last bear market, it's going to be really interesting to see what happens to all of the new-to-crypto folks once it's their turn to have fun with one. I don't believe we are there yet, but the space is filled with absolutely insanity right now and I'm really worried about how many people are going to get just wrecked. But another part of me doesn't feel too bad. Everyone has been warned.

BlockFi, a trading app that also gives you interest on your crypto that they hold (nice little benefit there), accidentally gave their users 70BTC instead of like $70usd or something else in a promo. The site is like impossible to get into right now because of the crash and this ridiculous error. But imagine seeing the error in your account and selling it quickly

Well.... anyone still holding? Ive taken quite a beating, but I havent given up yet. Selling aint really an option as I bought high. I say hell no to selling at a loss. I can afford to leave the money there so.... I'll just wait. I've actually been buying more over the last month. More BTC, more ETH, more XRP and more ADA. Nothing has changed expect the price so...... no reason to sell. You think you know volatility in the stock market? haha Try crypto. Not for the weak of heart.

Holding a lot of Bitcoin. Not at all concerned long term. Will continue to buy more at any price level whenever I can afford it. Recommended reading:

Also recommend listening to everything on Bitcoin Audible podcast. We are ridiculously early still, and few understand this.

It is definitely still early days. Its like what the internet was 20 odd years ago. I checked out that podcast and it was interesting. Thanks! I think I'll explore it a bit more.

For you and/or anyone else who feels like answering, what % of your investments are in crypto?

Has this been rebalanced or are you saying that 80+% of your investments were in Bitcoin a few months ago?

The vast majority of my money is in a retirement fund that the bank invests for me. I have approximately 7% in crypto and 3% in stocks. 8% of my pay goes directly to retirement fund. My employer kicks in 3% of my salary to that fund as well. This is government mandate. I had cash in a bank account. I have basically moved all of it into crypto holdings.

    50% ETH
    25% BTC
small percentages of ADA, XRP, VET and BNB.

I have a very small stake in $GME. GME is actually the thing that got me thinking about "investing" my money. I consider that money well spent even if it goes to zero. I had a blast with all the chaos, so I feel like I've got my moneys worth in entertainment value already. It put me on the path of learning more about ways to invest. For that, I will be forever thankful. I think I can fund my retirement with the supplemental crypto holdings.
