Password Reset?

How do I contact someone at Dobber about my password reset? My forum and Dobber.com accounts have been set up separately and seemingly have different passwords. I cannot access the my dobber.com account in order to purchase the fantasy guide. I have submitted numerous requests for new passwords and have not received anything by email. It's been over 24 hours since I made my first request.
