Does anyone know if Dave Cushard is preparing a draft spreadsheet for this season? I used the one he prepared last season and it was amazing.

I searched his name here and he was definitely involved in writing the guide. I guess I wasn't used to seeing his name but I thought it sounded familiar.
To answer your question, I really have no idea if Cushard is involved in that in any way this year. Maybe Bomm Bastic is the better one to ask.

He was bang on about so many players. I was able to make a ton of late round picks that ended up being gems. He called them all. I guess he's won national fantasy football championships in the past. Anyone know what happened to him?

I wouldn't know where to find Dave. The football site was decommissioned in Jan/Feb of this year
