Interesting MNF battle between the Graham Quackers (my team) and TD's N Beer! (Axeman33).
I've got a 12pt lead going into the night thanks to about 12pts of garbage-time Aaron Rodgers passing & TDs late last night.
OBJ may or may not play (though I have a scrub to sub in for NYG-WR).
And Mr.Matthew "Big $$$" Stafford has huge upside.

If I limp in (with a 70-something win again) to Week 3 at 2-0, I'll be continuing to pray at my fantasy football candle weekly!

Yeah talk about limping in. We luckily took out Frisky Hobbits Week 2 with what will end up a mediocre mid 70 point showing. Which is even scarier when 26 of those points were from Crabtree alone!! A win is a win, but yeesh...

My roster has been $hitting the bed in both week 1 and 2 so far. I am headed to an 0-2 start I believe. I need my big WRs to start earning their pay cheques.

^Quite the TE battle we have this week.
Martellus Bennett was absolutely atrocious last night - seemed to drop everything except maybe two balls, I think he had 10yards (1.0pts). [Oh, he ended with 47yards... wow, guess he had some garbage time catches, cause he stunk through 3.5Q.]
And Jimmy Graham, YEESH. 1yard. One.friggin.yard. 0.1pts. Good lordy.

(Speaking of drops/passes defensed... Dez with 7 catches on 16 targets. The DEN secondary was jawing him... all over him that game. A fun watch for a Bronco-fan! (This guy))

Friday, Vikings announced that Bradford had an MRI on his knee but was fully expected to play. Set my lineup, go to the states for the weekend, no service anywhere. Get back in to service last night with an O beside his name and a zero. Then, Denver pick 6 on the last play of the game, and 23 points from Cobb and Adams (including a 33 yard TD on 4th down to Adams) and I eke out the win. Football is fun haha.

Salvaged a squeaker win last night after the Lions returned a punt for a TD... then decided they didn't need to throw another pass. (no more Stafford points)
In my defense, had I been able to attend the start of draft and take Melvin Gordon instead of OBJ, I'd be winning my first two match-ups impressively... instead of... unimpressively.

I only watched parts of the 1st half (flipped between the football game and the Leafs/Sens exhibition game) and for a minute I thought I actually had a chance to pull it off watching Stafford and the Lions move the ball.

The sad part is, it's hard for me to take guys out of my lineup who SHOULD be doing so much better than they actually are. Guaranteed, the week I take one of them out for someone else, they will go off.

Yeah... fantasy football is kind of a joke.
But it sure is fun!!!

The Fantasy Football gods are cutting me some slack this year because Graham Quackers is a pretty good name.
Especially since Jimmy Graham is a lame duck!



You can't just roll out a generic past league name and expect the FFgods to cut you any slack!!!
{Ahem, "Fighting Newfs", "TDs n Beers", "Powerplay QB"... those names haven't been changed in decades!!!... your chips are stale, time for some new ones!!! LOL}

I lost my matchup and received a B ... go figure. Need more production from my 2nd and 3rd round picks if I figure to be more competitive than I am. Have a tough matchup versus the Colt's this week.
