New Salary Cap Dynasty League on Fantrax. Need 4 Owners

Starting up a new 16 team cap league. We currently have 15 solid owners and looking to add 1 more to start the league. We will have a major and minors roster. Most of the owners are already in 3 other dynasty leagues that I run, but this will be a brand new cap startup.
