    AndersOn is in Ottawa.

I'm not entirely convinced Gibson is ready for the starting job, neither is management - which is why Miller is there - insurance if he falters again.

Dallas will better - Bishop, IMO was unable to block out the rumours & Vasil talk last year. Bishop is where he wanted to be.

Toronto is arguably the fastest rising team. He could be a top 5 G next year.
This was my reason for choosing Bishop over Gibson.

    I'll also add:
Andersen's numbers GAA/SVPCT were just slightly lower than Gibson's last year (take into consideration the disastrous 1st 7 games of the season 2-2-3, 3.37 & .876) by Andersen, but with 8 more wins on a D that is young and much weaker than Anh. IMO, Andersen's the more durable and talented goalie of the bunch.

the Ducks, have a good D, but they haven't done much to improve their lagging offence from last year, losing Kesler for the first 2-3 months of the season isn't going to help that. If you don't score, you're going to have to defend. Where will the goals come from?

Bishop 2yrs ago had a .926 & 2.06 6SO... - Dallas lost 3 of their starting D and went young and with rookies to replace them - that was killer. Add in they had zero confidence in Lehtonen or Niemi and you play a different type of D. you try to play perfect instead of positionally and/or in the system.

Andersen now has proven more than Gibson has in terms of being a #1 goalie, Bishop - a couple Vezina finalists... To me, this is proven over potential.

bringing in Ryan Miller is more than just bringing in a back up for Gibson. It's a security blanket in case he falters again.

Gibson also had more shutouts, a lower GAA (2.22) vs Anderson's (2.67) and Bishop's (2.54).

I understand that Bishop is the #1 for Dallas, but I think Anaheim clearly has a better D-core than either Toronto or Dallas.
Straight up, I don't trust Gibson. He's fragile and while he may perform "better" than the other two in certain areas, I don't trust him enough to want to roster him over the other two who have proven more to me over their careers than Gibson has to this point.

He is he most talented imo. And no Anaheim will it be that bad. They will be quiet good actually. There D is stacked. They have one of the best up and coming goalies and a solid group of forwards.
I'm siding with Big Baby here.
