To really answer that, we'd need a lot more details, like league settings for starters.
Based simply on name value - I think I take the Eichel side.
Another point - I try not to worry about who "wins" the trade, but rather, I look at my own team. Did I just make my own team better? Did I address a weakness by using a strength?

On paper, the best player here is Eichel so without knowing the other details of your league, I would want the Eichel-RNH-D.Strome side

Sorry for the lack of infos, it's a simulated league where all parts of the game is important (offense - defense - leadership - experience) and players are evaluated each year according to their results in real life. There is no protection list, players stay in my team as long as they retired (unless I trade them, waive them, don't renew contract etc).

How do they work? I'm interested since I've always wanted to do an EA NHL fantasy draft with other live members and just simulate games and all. Sounds like this engine runs a bit like this...

Yes it's litteraly like ea sports minus you can't play the games. Don't know if I can post the url of the game here but I can tell you that you manage contract, hire coach, set ticket price, set game strategy, lineup, do trade etc. The game is pretty accurate. I'd rather have the Eichel side, but barely. Scheifele is world class and right now is a better player than Eichel is. Obviously, the projection is that Eichel will be better, but damn, it's still a projection. I also like Jenner in the real world as a very good third line banger with some offensive skills. Puljujarvi versus Dylan Strome, well who knows. Like I said, I think it's much closer than some might think.
