I am currently 211 lbs. I was 216 a few weeks ago. Doing by best to get down to 190. I ballooned up slightly compared to what I was (195-197 for awhile). Shouldn't take too long to get back down but sometimes its a struggle due to me just wanting to eat and be happy.

No reason you can’t reach your goal. Keep in mind that you have done it before.
I try not to get fixated on a number. It’s a balance between an ideal weight I think is correct for me and being able to indulge sometimes. One step at a time. Pat yourself on the back for all your hard work through this journey. You’re doing amazingly well. Cheers

Thanks buddy, appreciate the words of wisdom. When I was 196 or so...and would gain 4 or 5 lbs, I would say the same to myself "Ive done it before, dont get worried". You're 100% right when you also say it's okay being able to indulge once in awhile. just a minor speed bump. Have a great day.
