The Jets are plentiful with forward prospects; some would say too many and not enough D prospects with the same type of upside.

What forward prospects do see up full time with the Jets next season that weren't up this year and what type of production do you see for them?

Does Hischier play in the NHL next season? I know the answer would be influenced partly by what team drafts him but is he physically ready?
I can't promise I'll try but I'll try to try.

Don't know if it's already been asked in a previous mailbag, byr how's the goalie crop in the 2017 draft? who are the better ones? (I know that goalies are hard to project, but any input is much appreciated)

    Thanks!

Interested in hearing your thoughts on Puljujavi and Sergachev. They both seem to have great opportunity in earning a roster spot next season. What are your thoughts? 3rd line? Top 2?

i like this question. i'd like the answer to reflect both points-only and multi-cat leagues, if possible.

Also, I sent in this question last month, but it wasn't answered: projections of what Nolan Patrick is (first line center, good second line center) are kind of all over the place, but what would be a reasonable expectation of his fantasy upside. i'm talking mostly in multi-cat leagues. if he's projected to be a ryan getzlaf-type player who hits 70-75 points and gets lots of peripherals, that makes him much more valuable than what most are saying about him, no?
and should the injuries be a concern. I know craig button loves him, but button himself says that it's the scout's job to evaluate the talent, and it's the team's job to decide if he's an injury risk, so us, as fantasy owners, should we be concerned?

Which center prospect do you prefer in a bang and mash league, Adam Gaudette or Filip Chlapik? Both project to be a middle six center, both have had great stretchs in their respective leagues.

    Thanks

    Thanks for doing this.

In a keeper points league (bonus points for Defence goals) who is the best protector between Sergachev, Theodore or Skjei? I know that Skjei had an amazing rookie year but with his pedigree I'm not convinced there's a whole lot more to get from him. Sergachev has opportunity on a team that needs his skillset sooner than later but Julien isn't known for being partial to 19 year old defencemen. Theodore needs a spot but when everybody is healthy there's not much room in Anaheim.

Also, on the forward front, what's your long-term view of Barbashev, Labanc and Vrana? Any fantasy gold there or just minor pieces?

Juuso Valimaki has produced great numbers in the WHL but has never done the same in international tournaments. At the WJC, Team Finland used Miro Heiskanen over him on the PP. Is he getting free points in the WHL or what's the deal with that? Do you think he can produce offensively in the NHL when he gets there?
