29 is not a reason to trade a player. He'll still be an elite option for 2-3 years. I'd be thinking about trading him toward the end of that window. You will still get a heap for him at the trade deadline of your league. I would never trade him for a couple picks. That is a bad trade even if you have to drop Pastrnak. I think you should be able to get something for Pastrnak, so its not a complete loss.
