Nothing new here. I don't understand why the article said it was 'breaking news'. Can't trust that site I guess.
It's about Brian Berard's former financial adviser Phil Kenner who was found guilty of fraud in 2015. His clients included NHLer's Mike Peca, Joe Juneau and Sergei Gonchar as well as some New York Police officers who basically supported Kenner's lavish lifestyle.
