I'm working on a deal to get Carey Price and am wondering what you guys think would be smart for me to offer?
The guy who has him is in dead last so I'm hoping he's thinking "rebuild". He's got some good pieces though...

What do you guys think would be a good offer? Something around Ekblad, Barkov and a pick I was thinking...Too much? Not enough?

Likely not even close. You will probably need a star centrepiece going back the other way. Barkov is good, but he's not the centrepiece of a Price trade.

Agree with CP that it's probably closer to a staging piece to what you were thinking - where are you in the league though as you have some decent holes IMO so wonder whether blowing all your expendable assets on Price, as opposed to a couple of 2 for 1s to improve across the board, is the right move?

I'm guessing he would probably want a goalie in return so you'd most likely need to include Gibson in your offer.
