This is a H2H semi keeper league (settings & current roster in sig). I don't really need PIMs from Buff, I already have Simmonds & Malkin delivering in that category. Is this a no-brainer?
I'd be dropping S. Jones or T. Johnson to make room.

I would make the deal and drop Johnson. You don't have a use for 4 Cs at the moment.
