For whatever odd reason, this show just hasn't caught on with the regulars on this forum. It's baffling because the show is freaking epic.

Last night's season finale was incredible. I was a little disappointed that much of what everyone predicted came true (Black Hat Man = William, Dolores = Wyatt, etc) but it was still fantastic nonetheless.

So good. So epic. And ya that kind of sucks....but the way people pour over shows these days I mean Im not surprised.

The show had gotten a little lame, but the finale was a major redeemer and finished with a bang! There had been some cringe-worthy cheesiness and poorly written parts in the previous episodes, but this one was well done through and through.

Pretty sure Robert Ford, while onstage giving his retirement speech, was actually a host.

Perhaps the original Robert died 35 years ago, much like Arnold/Bernard.

Ya i mean I thought that a few times too....although he did seem to have a much more filled out consciousness compared to someone like Bernard whose only memory was his son.

I'm watching... I guess. I watched the first episode and both me and the missus were completely lost. We thought we missed a bunch of episodes. We watched some recaps on YT and were still lost. Watched the second episode and still lost. I liek the concept, so I'll watcha few more to see what happens. Tough going for me though. Dont know how it is for everyone else.

It’s one of those shows that is must watch to me. One of the biggest problems that it has, is something we are seeing now. It is complex and very involved. This means that casual watchers are going to become lost very quickly. I know for me personally, like AW, I was pretty confused after the first 2 episodes of this season. I did go back and re watch the last few episodes of last season and then watched the new episodes again, and it really helped. Also, I thought the third episode of this season got things back on track.

The problem with a really intelligent show like this which is pretty complicated, is that it is going to lose the casual watcher and the people who aren’t smart enough to follow along well. I think that, with a show of this magnitude and with as much production cost as is involved with Westworld, it may be difficult for them to justify that kind of cost if they can’t maintain a huge group of people who are watching regularly.
