Trading DeAngelo to Bell owner

Alright I own Gurley and DeAngelo and I'm pushing hard to get Bell for Gurley but he won't budge. I'm 2-0.....he's 0-2.

After Week 3, would you deal DeAngelo for Crowell or Riddick in a 0.5 pt PPR league? If Bell is healthy, Deangelo is just wasting a roster spot so I assume the answer is yes?

No, I'd hold onto him if you can't trade him. No doubt, Bell is the best back in the league when healthy, but he's had a hard time staying healthy. It wouldnt surprise me to see Bell get hurt again and if that happens Deangelo becomes a top 5 play.

Deangelo is pretty much the only non starter I'm willing to stash. He's the lottery ticket of all lottery tickets.

I would trade him for Riddick in PPR league.. I find Crowell to be very underrated in fantasy circles!!

But I also wouldn't fault you for wanting to keep DeAngelo and hope for the best!!

If it comes out Abdullah's injury is long term, I'd trade him for Riddick. Otherwise, I'd hold for something better.

if you can turn him for Crowell def do it; he is workhorse for CLE, Duke Johnson has been bad and this makes him legit full time RB2.

You know who else is bad? Crowell. And Cleveland.

Week 1 Crowell had 9 carries for 22 yards, and then on the final 3 plays of the game, with the Eagles in garbage time prevent defense, Crowell had 3 carries for 40 yards on draws,

Week 2 Crowell had 17 carries for 48 yards, and then 1 carry for 85 that was some of the worst tackling I've ever seen in the NFL.

So Crowell has 25 carries for 70 yards on the majority of his plays (2.8 YPC), and then some garbage time dumb production, and 1 fluke play.

Give me Riddick over Crowell every time.

He is who he is, which is a 2.8 YPC back playing in a brutal run defense division, with a fairly brutal schedule, on a definitely brutal team, who's going to be in negative game script his entire season, with Cody Kessler as his QB, or he continually gets flukey 85 yard touchdowns with horrid tackling?

Hey I am going to keep playing him until he gives me a reason not 2; with a rookie QB at the helm and going against Miami's awful D line this week I like his chances for production because they certainly do not have great pieces for an aerial attack. Not here to argue over a fantasy scenario lol just stating an opinion is all.

but if Bell stays healthy upon his return how could a backup in DeAngelo warrant a spot over someone who is a locked in starter i.e. Crowell or Riddick. Either way those guys hold more value come week 4.

That's my thinking given that I only own Gurley, Stewart and Michael. I picked up Dixon but who knows.
