Stepan vs E. Kane

Ok, keeping Stepan - now do I keep Kane as well and drop Sami Vatanen?

It's a start 6D format, and Vatanen is my 3rd D behind Karlsson and Byfuglien. Due to cap constraints, the drop off in D from Vatanen to his replacement would be pretty significant.

Roto keeper salary cap league - G,A,+/-,PIM,PPP,SHP,SOG (with Hits being added in 2017).

I own both but can only keep 1. Stepan's cap hit is $1.25M higher than Kane.

Who do you like, for not only this season but 17/18 when Hits come in to play?

I'd say no to EKane over Vatanen in that format 8 days a week.

Dang. I was with the Kane crowd -- I'd easily prefer Kane to Stepan in a multi cat league.

I'm still on the Stepan side, but there is a good multicast argument for Kane. I take Vatanen over both though in your case.

I know it was a typo, but can you imagine a league where you start 6 goalies… that would be insane!

Kane is the better player in this format but to save myself from the headache I'd go with Stepan

E.Kane is a tough guy to keep on your roster, even in multi-cat leagues.. But with hits being a added category, E.Kane will out perform Stepan..
