Clarification of the NA Keeper Rule and a list of NA players being kept....

Player has to be listed as NA by Yahoo on the last day of the fantasy regular season OR the last day of the NHL regular season in order to be kept as a prospect keeper. This is so that if your NA prospect gets a call up to end the NHL regular season you aren’t screwed out of your prospect. Player must be a prospect. For game limits the maximum is 100 games played for a skater and 50 games for a goalie. And of course your NA player will be kept in your final draft pick of next year’s draft.

Wheat Kings - Cody Glass (C)
    Storm's-a-Bruin - Eeli Tolvanen (RW)
    Flying Frenchmen - none
    Healthy Crotches - none
Torranno Tree Leaves - Alex Nedelijkovic (G)
Guelph Gryphons - Kailer Yamamoto (RW)
Clouds of Blood - Ilya Sorokin (G)
Pengs Pengos - Martin Necas (C)
Sled Dogs - Maxim Comtois (LW)
Arnie's Army - Filip Zadina (LW) - if he is sent down again
    Mystery Alaska- Evan Bouchard (D)
Albert snowbus - Jordan Kyrou (C/RW)

A pair of Quarter-Final upsets are in the books!

Fifth seed Torranno Tree Leaves blow past fourth seed Healthy Crotches with a 7-2 score.

And sixth seed Guelph Gryphons squeak by third seed Flying Frenchmen in a nail bitter, 6-5.

Congratulations to both underdogs as they move onto the Semi-Finals.

Semi-Final #1 has top ranked Wheat Kings taking on Guelph Gryphons while second seed Storm’s-a-Bruin has Torranno Tree Leaves to deal with in Semi-Final #2 in yet another Leafs-Bruins playoff series.

    Good luck to everyone!

Both semi-final matchups were close heading into the weekend and even the final day until the favourites flexed their muscles. Both matchups ended 7-4 and we have the Championship Final we’ve all expected....

Top seed Wheat Kings vs. second seed Storm’s-a-Bruin. This one promises to be a PQMC classic! Good luck to both Eskimo Brother and 4T2!

Thanks Dave! Not sure we all expected it. I was fully prepared to suffer another upset in the semis for the third year in a row.

Both EB and I stacked up for this potential showdown. For me this is my Caps vs Pens 2018 matchup. Wheat Kings have eliminated me the last two years so it's nice to have a chance for redemption on our biggest stage.

There's also a neat little sub-plot in that I traded him the currently injured Ben Bishop back in early February and acquired the Nashville tandem in separate deals for my playoff run. So tell us EB, are you rooting for or against your Predators this week?
    Without me, it's only "aweso".

You also traded Lehner for peanuts, so I wouldn't feel too smug
I've managed barely owning any Preds in most leagues this year and still cheering for them, so I think I'll be okay. Going to be a fun week!

Curse of being competitive, having to get rid of top keepers at a discount on a super cruddy trade market. That being said, it's opened up a keeper spot for Elias Lindholm. He's next on the block and can be had for a pick upgrade as well.

Just a heads up, no players can be exchanged in the yahoo system until hockey reopens in August.

    per Newswire.
Pat Kane has been contacted about being traded to the Pengos.
GoogleEarth suggests he is currently in a swimming pool in Buffalo surrounded by cheap beer and cheap women.

Newswire: "Reports state you've been traded to the Pengs Pengos. Comment?"
Pat Kane "What?... the Pengos?... get out of here... do they actually have any fans?... Didn't they finish last in every offensive statistic last year?... hold on, I got another call"
Kane in background with Agent: "Seriously?!?... oh this sucks... from the Bruins to the Pengos... oh eff this..."
    dialtone....

    Angry Pat Kane.
