Just saw the headline that Roy left the organization due to his vision not totally aligning with the organizations. Can't say I'm totally surprised.

I will take this fools challenge....
Most teams will not win the Stanley Cup. It takes a good owner/GM/coach. IIRC Coach Q has taken a team to the cup 3 times in Chicago and won all 3 times. After each visit management has gutted it and left him the pieces to deal with. He also has 2 conference final appearances during that same time. Yes he has 3 first round losses. To my knowledge he has made the playoffs each year as a coach? @chicago
Pretty good, maybe good enough for some people to consider the best coach in hockey.

I suppose that's my point - I don't honestly think it is all on the coach so recognising one 'great' one from the other is circumstantial - if a team wins its a combo of lots of things (some outside of the coaches control i.e. refs decisions etc) same as if he loses. Coach Q is regarded as a really good coach but he has been supported by the other parts of the organisation.

I guess, who would be your choice? Babsocks? That's a joke. Everyone loves throwing praise a Babcock for winning in the Olympics with the best teams in history, but Queneville just minds his business and actually wins. Sure it takes other parts, management, players, etc. But the coach matters.

Are you referring to the CEO of CyberGRC, the chef, the real estate agent or the telecommunications worker?
Without me, it's only "aweso".
