Don't know much about either of them... but from what I do know... I would say Beaudin. He was a better scorer in junior which hopefully translates to some success in a bottom six role in Colorado.
Who do you prefer in a league that counts G, A, STP, Shots, Hits, Blks?
Justin Bailey or JC Beaudin?

Bailey for me. In a thick competition for a wing position but he's closer to the NHL than Beaudin and will have ample playing time there this year.
I'm a big fan of Bailey. Injuries have been his only issue so far in his career but he has a lot of skills and of course great size as well. His 2nd half of the AHL season was very good which leads me to believe he's very close to being NHL ready. He already got some NHL games last season and looked pretty good. Bailey easily over Beaudin.
I would say Bailey as well because of the readiness, but I don't know Beaudin as much.
