Gronk should be on the banner until someone even comes close to touching him. Currently, nobody does. TE Tiers go like

So long as noodle armed Smith is at QB, he doesn't belong in this tier...maybe if he had a QB who threw him the ball more consistently. I'd put Eifert here, but then again, you generally need 2 healthy ankles to be an effective TE. Reed and Olsen are head and shoulders above the rest of the options.
