Connor looks like he is being set up for Laine but I do like Dvorak - both a step ahead of Tkachuk though

Fair enough, but I also wouldn't want to waste a roster spot on a goon (or, depending on the depth of the league, even on a Shaw or Roussel).
I'd rank Connor and Tkachuk slightly ahead of Dvorak due to opportunity and potential linemates (Laine / Monahan-Gaudreau). Dvorak will probably be behind Strome on the depth chart, and Clayton Keller is not a bottom-6 forward, so if he turns out to be a better scorer than Dvorak that could be a problem.
I assume you're picking somewhere between 4th and 6th in your league? It's a nice problem to have and they're all close, but I probably have to agree with the posters above that Connor is the best choice by a slight margin.

You assume correctly sir. At 6 I will have the choice since the top 3 studs go 1-3, Dubois and Dmen at 4&5 so I might have to choose between the 3 of them.

I would think there's a good chance Connor goes at #5, so you may need a plan B. D-men rarely go that high in fantasy hockey drafts. Unless you know something we don't of course.
I would have Tkatchuk as my plan B but Keller is also worth some consideration here.

Oh for sure. D men are hugely valued in our league every year so because Juolevi went 5th I'm thinking he may go there. Interesting thread as I am drafting 4 5 and 6 (and again at 11) and have these three on my radar as well. I will have a shot ar Marner as well though so 5 6 and 11 are where I'd be looking to tackle these three. Just have to decide which one to leave in the wind for 11th.
