Default NFL fantasy draft top 6

I found out that I have the 6th pick and am trying to rank the top 6 players for fantasy football this season. Standard points league.

Who would you say are the top 6 players and in what order do you rank them.

    Standard points means no PPR?

I think we're finally turning to a WR heavy first couple rounds. RBs are just too frigging fragile and fickle. It's frustrating to no end.

Not a PPR league, correct. I think so too.. that's why I wish I was top 3 not 6th overall... cause I have a feeling a RB will be screaming my name at 6 after the big WR go.

I mean I think the top 6 are pretty well defined in your case then. 3 WR and 3 RB. I wouldn't reach on Elliott or go with an older RB like AP or JC. If it were PPR I would probably push for Hopkins but since it's not....

    Brown
    ODB
    Julio

    Bell
    Johnson
    Gurley

    A Brown
    Beckham Jr
    LV Bell
    J Jones
    Hopkins
    Charles

those would be my picks, but depending on your strategy, position can matter a lot.

My bad. I misunderstood. I will have to take another look.

    Non PPR:
Julio Jones/Antonio Brown. They’ll be close to the same value but I’d go Brown due to No1 Ranking really.
    Brown/Jones

    ODB
    Hopkins

    Bell
    Gurley/Johnson
    Johnson/Gurley
Peterson (only based on age he has to slow down soon)

Then it gets into who you like best I think.

Is this rookie only, or re-draft?

Edit: Ooof, never mind. I need to read more. Mine in order would be:

    Antonio Brown
    Todd Gurley
    Julio Jones
    OBJ
Lev Bell (his knee injuries scare me)
    Adrian Peterson

I think you can make a pretty good case to have Allan Robinson in the top 6.

Top 6 for a non-ppr is tough. In no particular order I would be taking

AB- best WR in fantasy for the past couple of years and the Steelers are going to run the same offense
OBJ- he's nearly a lock to finish as a top 5 WR every year
    Julio- same as above
Gurley- 3 down back playing for a coach that still thinks it's the 90's
Bell- past injuries will probably see him fall to you at 6. Try not to fall out of your chair if he does
Zeke- in a standard league, a pick like this can win the league for you. Dallas took him early, has a stellar o-line and a recent history of being RB dependent.
    * Gronk- he might be the only player in the league you can guarantee to score 12-15 TD's

I see A-Rob as a definite 1st rounder (ppr, especially) but more bottom half or top 6-ish WR taken. Just curious....would you take A-Rob over AJ Green of Jordy Nelson (assuming full health)?

Its tough a call. I think A-Rob is very promising. Right now, I would take him over both Green and Nelson (Nelson I just have some trust issues with his health history the last few seasons, but he is dynamite when he's playing). The only WRs I would take ahead of Robinson are the three listed above (Brown, OBJ & Julio).

Robinson had a good year last year... but I recall reading somewhere that lots of the points were 4th quarter desperation points. I think Jax has improved as a team especially defensively and might not rely on the 4th quarter deep balls as much this year..

Will this effect Robinson and make him not as intriguing of option?
