Thanks all, I will start repping. It's one of those things where I thought it was a good starting point, but my buddies got me second guessing myself. The Benn owner actually countered with Benn to me, for Eberle, Drouin a first, a fourth and Brayden Point. I will form a counter of some kind, but will still probably accept this offer if he doesn't budge.

I would just accept that last offer and then atleast he/she offered it.. You don't want to start a counter offer war and then this other GM receives another from somewhere else and accepts it.. Benn is a great piece to add, he's still young and is a absolute stud, especially at this price.. No rep needed buddy!!

Well Benn will take Eberle's spot on my roster. I wasn't playing Drouin and Point has yet to make the NHL. It's business as usual for me.

The Drouin + 1st pick additions to Eberle were sure to spark some attention on the other end, but to be enough for him to pull the trigger on it... kudos indeed!

I LOVE this deal for you! Even if both Drouin & Point become stars, they're almost guaranteed to fall short of the Superstar status of Benn. Point, while beastly in WHL.. no guarantees he translates to the NHL.. in 3 years, I'd be confident that you are still the clear winner of this trade.

Very, very few prospects ever reach star status, and few of those reach superstar status. You should be stoked! I am stoked for you!
