Korpisalo Droppable?
Looking to put myself in the best position coming off my bye week in the playoffs. Not sure if I should bother keeping him on the roster at this point. Now I don't really trust Bob to stay healthy for the next two weeks. So that gives me some pause on cutting Korpisalo. But I have been playing for category wins in GAA and SV% for a bit now. Instead of chasing the wins category like I have most of the season. Shutouts are such a crapshoot with most weeks ending in a tie. If I do drop Korpisalo should I add another D for more depth or another forward? What's the optimal number of defenseman for a start 5 league? I feel like I have played a little short most of the season on defense. Most of the season having 6 active due to injury or what have you.

Depends on what we decide the team could use I suppose. I don't really need much of anything I have been strong across the board this year. Now I have lost some huge contributors in Malkin, Voracek, Steen and Carlson lately. But the last 3 weeks I played the 2nd place and 5th place teams and still beat them 8-1 and 7-1-1 so I haven't seen much drop off in play. I was looking at adds of Zack Smith, Alec Martinez, Kris Russell and Jannik Hansen. Maybe some decent point production with good +/- . Some poor +/- guys have hit the wire today in Hartnell and Nyquist. In my other thread we decided to add Leddy for Kronwall. I'm also in the process of trying to trade for Huberdeau or T Johnson. He's looking for a 1st rounder for T Johnson. I own two 1st round picks next year. My pick and another playoff teams pick.
