Hi guys,
I have a few deadline offers on the table, so this is the first of 3 threads. This is for the league in my signature.
I can get Luongo (from an owner who has fallen out of the playoff hunt) for Mason and a mid-round pick (4th-5th). Now, I don't care about paying the price of the pick, but do you feel that Luongo, at this point in the season, is an upgrade on Mason?
At face value, this seems like an easy win for Luongo but keep in mind that I have Holtby and Crawford for the bulk of the starts (even if their play has tailed off lately, they get Ws), and whenever I have thrown Mason in for the odd start lately, he has done really well and buoyed my GAA and SV%.

just keep in mind that luongo will likely get rested as we hit the final stretch of games so he is ready for the playoffs.
mason could be the full starter as the flyers might try and fight for a playoff spot but then again neuvirth has been up his ass all season.
i'd still take the luongo deal regardless.

I guess the trade deadline has passed, but Loungo and Mason aren't even on the same planet
