Obiously the sens haven't won a cup but they haven't had a 50 year drought and they make the playoffs almost every season. They are currently the best team in Canada and will be for a while.

Franchise wise, Sens are still low down on the Canadian list. Leafs, Montreal, and Oilers would still be ahead of them Franchise wise.

A user with “Sens” in his name said the Toronto Maple Leafs are a “joke of a franchise”. As a Franchise the Leafs are still not the worse in Canada. There’s others that are worse off Franchise wise. One team couldn’t physically afford their captain, not that the cap space was too high, they just couldn’t afford him.

I know he was semi-joking, but moving the Leafs out of Toronto to LV would remove a lot of money being made by the league. Leafs are one of the teams where Hell would freeze over before they get relocated.

I’d still say the prolific history of the Oilers puts them ahead of the Sens, just because they are still only like 20-25yrs old.

I'm not really sure why you're arguing this. Nobody cares about the history of the franchises when discussing the current state of the teams. Toronto is definteitly at the bottom of the barrel with Edmonton right now. Sensfan19 wasn't talking about what each team did 30 years ago. Clearly. He was obviously just joking saying they should be moved.
