    Default Gaudreau Trade Offer

Got an offer on Gaudreau today that I'm considering. I really need some forum advice!

    My Gaudreau and Gudas
    for: Bergeron and Ghostisbehere

In our league, PPP count as a bonus +1, so right now Bergeron and Ghost are really high players but I'm concerned about them regressing a ton from their current .46 and .37 ppp/game.

    I'm contending now. Thanks!

I'd pass. If you're contending, there's a chance Ghost gets sent down and Gaudreau has been great this year

Despite I don't believe Ghost will be sent down you're buying extremely high. It's not a bad offer but when Bergeron returns to his regular pace you might end up regreting parting with Gaudreau.

Keep Gaudreau. It's an enticing offer, but not enough for Johnny Hockey!

You can't trade a player who has such a great nickname!

I also think that though Gudas won't get you a lot in the points side he is arguable one of the best peripherals player around and isn't a throw in - another reason to keep what you have IMHO

I wouldn't even consider this offer. Gaudreau top 10 in scoring at the moment. The other gm trying to sell high on ghost( who is injury prone as well) plus I'm not a huge fan of Bergeron in the fantasy world.

I will play devils advocate and say this trade is closer than most opinions here. Even with a slight Bergeron regression he is a fantastic fantasy asset and will be for years. As for Ghost, it appears he is sticking with the team even upon Streit's return. So that is the big hurdle. The question is will he keep his spot on the #1 PP. Looks like he will be afforded every opportunity to succeed. Remember he is not a 19 year old rookie. He is 23. I see a great future for him even if his numbers do regress a little bit. A much, much higher ceiling than Gudas.

True but Gaudreau is probably an even better player than Bergeron and gudas and Ghost are close

I'll add to this and mention that I'm currently having to dress either Stastny or Stall at Centre and they're not cutting the mustard. Bergeron is currently at 4.1 points per game in my league making him the 10th best own (8th best forward). Gaudreau is 4.0 so he's basically the same but Gudas is a 2.5 and Ghost is a 3.0 (that's essentially the difference between waiver wire and elite in my league). But it seems like most of you are saying that you don't trust Ghost or Berg to continue, whereas, with Gaudreau, the sky's the limit.

Even with that, I'd still keep Gaudreau
