It's rebuild time or is it (Help)

This is for the league in my sig, basically I am in last place thanks to a stone cold core and looking to rebuild for about two years time, is that the normal time it takes as I have never gone full rebuild before and do you think I should be rebuilding? I have a list of players who I think will have trade value, those I think I should keep and the rest, I plan to keep all of my farm with maybe the exception of Baertschi. Have I split these down right and who would you suggest I target with my sellable pieces? (I have a trade question for Eichel going on in the keeper trade forum as well if you want to help me there).

I wouldn't sell Voracek if I was you. His value is prety low at this point and he's not old by any means.

Just be patient an try to sell high and don't pull the trigger on anything unless you're sure you're getting fair value.

I think as I mentioned on the other post that this team is too good to rip down but there are a couple I would flip to try and get younger

Hossa springs ot mind right off the page.. Staal and Boedker as will their values be higher than they are now?
