16 Team H2H Dynasty Looking for Replacement!

Hey guys,
I'm the commissioner of a 16 team h2h dynasty league. Its called Fan Nasty Hockey League (FNHL) We're in our second season and i need to replace this member who has been inactive. (he is the only one so this is for the better of the league)
As the commish i can assure you this is a fun competitive league with a lot of action and involvement!
Its $50 a season, plus $5 for the fantrax premium fee.
We have a yearly prospect draft that goes 4 rounds.
Trades are only vetoed for collusion purposes, like any league really.
Any rule change made is voted on in the off season and requires a majority vote to pass.
Scoring categories are: G/A/P/PPP/SOG/PIMS/ +/- / HITS&BLKS/FOW (face-off wins) - W/GAA/SV/SV%/SO
$50 will be required to take the team. I will pay the fantrax premium but the $50 proves your commitment.

I understand this team is in need of some tender love and care, however I will say this league is active enough that an experienced owner could make this their own team in a few short weeks! As the commissioner i make it my priority to keep all rosters in check, make sure all rules are followed and also make sure everyone is enjoying the league and is informed on all league matters.
