If you can't keep one of them it's a decent offer.
That being said, I'd be keeping Tank over Subban if I were you.

FHG has Subban ranked 3 and Tank 78 with these settings. The question is if I can get the pick do I keep Hall and Draft McDavid #1?

In such a limited keeper, many players will be available for draft.
So while its hard to give up big names, its worth it for McDavid.
I would offer Getz and Shatty. Big names, see what he says! This keeps Subban in your hands as we all know he is no2 in his position.
