Took over an existing team. I've made a few moves to bolster the young core of this team but will have to play a few middling types. No cap issues and cats are GP, G, A, Pts, +/-, STP, Hit, Blk, TOI-SH. My starting line-up is balanced with good young talent. Positions are balanced as well so these guys will be my bench.

Dumoulin and Jeremy Roy on the farm. Same scenario as above.
My other issue is goaltender. I have Rinne, Dubnyk and Ward. Minimum 2 starts per week and cats are W, GAA, SVs, and SV%. This is the strong suit of my team. With three starters I should be able to outdistance most other teams in the saves and win cats and the other cats will be strong except for how much Ward drags those down. Is it worth keeping Ward? I have an offer on the table for him for a d-man and a prospect. I suspect that Ward could be the back-up before yearend. Take what I can and run knowing that Rinne and Dubnyk have my back?

Pretty much. Those are the best of the rest. All others are minor leaguer's unless they make some huge impressions. At some point, players on the farm or others obtained in trades will displace them but for now, that's what I've got.

Ok so if you have to keep them, take Comeau, Ward, Cizikas, Horcoff and Komarov as you forwards and Martin + Dumoulin as defender. Not a good group of forwards, but all the others are just really ugly contracts in a salary cap league.
Dumoulin should play 70+ games and with his ELC he offers good value. All you other prospects shouldn't see much NHL action.

So I ended up trading Ward and Chlapik plus a 2017 4th for Toby Enstrom and Victor Rask. That should upgrade both positions. Thanks for your help guys.
