    Feel for you Axexman.

A buddy of mine in my ultra-competitive 2QB league had a big lead going into the afternoon games and lost both Romo and Lacy, losing the week y 1 point as a result

Fantasy football is harsh, but go hug your kids, you'll feel better.

Every one of my fantasy teams this week pooched the bed for me, including this one.

With Alshon Jeffry being out again this week, I started Reuben Randle and he got me diddly squat. With Ellington being out, I considered starting David Johnson but every where I read, it said Chris Johnson would start and David Johnson would be off the bench. Sure enough, David Johnson went off (16.5 points, on my bench none the less). Instead I started Rashad Jennings (another Giant) and he got me next to squat.

Not to mention, I lost in my damn Survivor pool this weekend when New Orleans managed to lose at home again to the damn Bucs.

Just a $hitshow of a weekend for my fantasy.

FWIW - I didnt even bother to mention my other two leagues, which are both keepers. One saw me lose Lacy and the other saw me lose Romo (both teams also lost btw). Brutal!!!

In my main keeper pool league (where 75ish points is the norm), I had Romo and Mariota, plus guys like DeMarco Murray, Maclin, Witten, and the Seattle defence. I finished with 50.74 points.

Yet I still won the week. My opponent had the Baltimore d (minus-2 points), Mike Evans (no catches) Ertz, Carpenter, etc. He finished with 50.54 points. I won by 0.20 points.

He also has Aaron Rodgers. On the last play, if Rodgers had passed for four yards, my opponent would have won. GB lined up with no RB and 5 WRs, they didn't throw, and Rodgers ran a few yards. A field goal later, and I was the victor.

Piece of shit, no good for nothing, useless dog crap eating mo'fo Rueben Randle does sweet F all for me after I started him in the first two weeks of the season so I cut his ass.

Week three, the miserable son of a beach ball goes out and rips off 100+ receiving yards and a TD.

    Go F yourself Rueben Randle.

    Rant done.

Ah - I hear ya Axeman! I have a love/hate affair with fantasy football.
I've never played in a sports pool with so much luck as there is with fantasy football - week-to-week crapshoot.

Knock on wood, but I've had a fortunate run so far this year.
Decided to NOT start Alfred Morris last night... 1.9pts... good call Pengwin... good call.

Pengwin, I hear you man, and it hit me hard last night too, this luck factor in fantasy football. The craziest thing is the emergence of certain guys as key players, and the rapid dropoff of other guys who were once sure things. Happens quite a bit with RBs from year to year, guys emerge (e.g. CJ) as RB1s and then quickly disappear or get outplayed by another guy, previously unknown. So much movement from year to year that it's a very small pool of players you can actually rely on as a legit RB1, WR1, etc. Big difference from fantasy hockey right there.

I played Morris last night in my 2QB league. Ugh. I played Matt Jones in this league. Ugh, especially after that awful, devastating 1 yd line fumble for a touchback. That plus Cousins missing a wide open Jordan Reed in the end zone is an extra 12-15 pts down the drain, going from a huge start this week to a whimpering start.

    Maddening indeed!

That game last night was so prototypical Thursday Night Football. And so prototypically Redskins haha.

It actually makes PERFECT sense that that was the game Roob went off on, because nothing on Thursday nights makes actual sense.

What a difference a week makes Axeman!
    37pts from Devonta Freeman
    23pts from Rishard.
Not bad for two scoops from the waiver wire... the FF gods favour you again.

rataylor went SNIPING players with his waiver claims yesterday.
I cried a little bit when my #2 waiver claim wasn't enough to get Karlos Williams (BUF).
I cried another bit to see that IFaP (Bettman Fumbles) snagged Marvin Jones (CIN).
I had a self-debate last night on what was more valuable to my team... Marvin Jones for this week... or having the #1 waiver claim.
I pulled my M.Jones claim last night... so at least I am #1 Waiver.

Team BadonkaGronk has a wealth of RBs now... assuming Demarco returns to someday having a smidgen of value.

Man did Colin (Bettman Fumbles) make a spirited comeback or what? Huge lead but Rodgers almost single-handedly overcame it. Nice comeback bud!

^BTW, just you & me left at 3-0.
Going to be tough battles for both of us this week.

Your opponent (Axeman) has some RED HOT Players.
My opponent (Zorro) has players with some nice match-ups.

Yup, going to be tough facing Devonta "AP" freakin Freeman, and as you know I have Tevin so Freeman's emergence hits me double whammy this week!

So far my wide receivers have been carrying the load, that's got to continue to remain unbeaten, as the RB crew has been inconsistent at best (as has Stafford).

In your case, I always find it absolutely terrifying to face LeVeon Bell, one of the few players in the league that has that effect (nowadays throw Brown, Julio and maybe AP into that equation). Good luck!

Haha. Thanks man. I had to do it because I've lost all hope in DeMarco at this point though. Willing to trade with the Shady/Marshawn owners though.
