Be careful- back when I played fantasy football Berry was one of the least informed of the well-known fantasy guys. I listened to his fantasy podcast for baseball and football everyday and was not impressed. His partner (Nate?) was much more knowledgeable with the actual stats while Berry seemed to play hunches and keep his entrenched stances. Maybe he's gotten better but if I were preparing for a fantasy football draft I would get multiple opinions rather than just Berry. I relied on the CBS Sports podcasts and website articles rather than ESPN when I was a fantasy football guy.

I feel the same way about Doug Farrar, although he's not fantasy per se. He takes these insane stances just out of spite it seems.

I just think he is an entertaining read.. His "love/hate" articles are humorous, but you can't rely on them at all for your fantasy squad during hat particular week..

Agreed. I enjoy Berry's podcasts. Playing hunches in fantasy has its place, and is what makes it fun imo.

Berry is a good writer and personality. He knows football, but I think there are others at ESPN who are more knowledgeable. Sadly, Chris Harris will be leaving ...
