These categories are made for Evander Kane. He has differentiated totals in G, hits, and SOG such that even if his overall production stays flat he looks very good here. If he clicks and increases his PPP, watch out.

That's what made me put him on my list. He's a monster in this set up. I have him in a league like this but includes PIM and he's one of my untouchable on a championship team.

While I do agree with FHG that EKane fits this leaque well as far as what we can expect from him, I simply don't trust him enough to include him on my roster. I prefer to let someone else take the risk on him.
The top three on my list were easy choices. The last one, Galchenyuk was a bit harder to make as I really wanted to include Scheifele and Hudler there as well. Hudler should be easier to redraft as most overlook him anyway. Scheifele doesn't have the same name value as Galchenyuk so he should also be "a bit" easier to redraft than Galchenyuk.

Unless guys in you league have a habit of retaining 2 goalies out of 15 keepers. Then it's between Scheif and Halak.

We're entering our 2nd season so this will be the first time we've chosen keepers. One team led the league in all goalie cats and knowing him he will likely keep 3 of his goalies. Last I heard another manager is keeping Bishop/Bobrovsky/Rinne, so there's another 3. Though another manager is only keeping 1. Definitely some variation in that regard, from what I've gathered.

Halak - NYI is improving team and he is going to get you W
Burns - When 50 D are on starting rosters having three solid guys in Burns, OEL and Subban is a no-brainer.
Oshie - Washington top 6 is going to score a lot, especially if Oshie is on PP with Backstrom and Ovy
Kane - playing with Eichel or Reinhart, with less pressure that playing in Winnipeg, still young, and covers lots of categories.
