Not sure Elliott would be a great fit. He does well in a defense first system, taking something like 20 shots per game. Edmonton is going to allow nearly twice that. They need someone who thrives when taking a lot of rubber. Anderson I think would be the best fit, but I'm not sure it's ideal for the Sens to let him go.

Guys like Harding, Raanta and Greiss could all be cheaper options than the trio of Anderson, Elliott or Niemi and still give them a competitive edge.

The 3 goalies I mentionned all thrive when they get ice time. Unfortunately, they have all been limited in their crease time over the past few seasons due to different circumstances (illness, depth chart, solid starter in front...)

I think we can all agree though that the Oilers will have a different starter come the 2015-16 season. I just hope that he can help steer this franchise back to a playoff team.

You think? I heard a month or so ago that he still wanted to play?!

I'll try to locate that source...

Would be a shame; it's a miracle he put up those numbers last year though.

Here's hoping its Raanta with Scrivy doing what he does well at... Back up support. He's never been #1 material, but Ben definitely is a good understudy. Still, a proven minder would be the best option, but I like what I see with Raanta.
