Thanks! So you think Andersen will reign long term? I did keep Bernier for 3 seasons while he was the understudy to Quick, don't want to make the same mistake again. Thanks again!

We keep 4 in our league (G,A,Pts,+/-,Shots,PPP,Hits,Blocks,W,GAA,SV%).
I have the following options to go on:
    Shea Weber
    Pekka Rinne
    Sergei Bobrovsky
    Anze Kopitar
    Blake Wheeler
    Matt Duchene
    Patric Hornqvist

Slim pickings. And from my experience, drafting has never been more zen than when you already have 2 goalies, but keeping Pekka, Bob and Webs leaves the front pretty shaky...
I could eventually get one of Pacioretty, Couture, Backes, Burns, Zetterberg or MacKinnon for a 6th round draft pick (we start on r5).

    What would be your strategy?
    Thanks!

Is Beaulieu going to be a better all-around NHL d-man, rather than a fantasy asset worth owning in a points dynasty league?

    Thanks

Relatively speaking, maybe. But assuming McDavid is there and gets 80+ points, I still don't think anyone else on the team gets 60. So we pencil Kane in for 55 if he can play 80 games - but assume he misses 10 games (again)

Crosby, in his rookie year, had 102 points. Second on the team was Gonchar at 58.

One question and one question only as it is the only thing I'm having trouble with. I'm jumping the gun a little bit because I don't have to declare keepers (for the league in my signature) until after your guide for next season comes out (and FHG as well), but if I can get a good deal via trade now I will jump on it with your advice here:

Who should I select as my final two keepers between Phaneuf, Yandle and Lee? League in signature again...

    Hey Dobber,

Grubauer, Stolarz or A. Forsberg. Who has the most chance to be a backup in NHL next year? I have some free spot in my league, and can grab a goalie prospect. Thanks

Hey Dobber, I'm about to win my league this year for the first time in 15+ years (with your beauty guide to help) and I'm set for the playoffs. However i have some questions about who my last 2 wingers and my last 2 D, the bolded players are my keepers in my signature and the unbolded are who I have to choose from. The rest are scraps for trading or back into the draft, any thoughts would be appreciated. Thanks for your hard work and the time you dedicate to this.

    Hi Dobber,
Thanks for all the advice and doing this mailbag....

10 team fantasy points league (12F, 6D) (won't give you the crazy formula but its weighted to Goals, Assists, plus minus, shots, hits, blks, pim for Forwards/Def)....Can keep 4F and 2D...

Ovi, Perry, Backes, Wheeler, Mackinnon, Palat, Eberle, Perron (am thinking Ovi, Perry, Mackinnon - torn between wheeler and backes)
Yandle, Streit, Phaneuf, Suter, Dumba, D Pouliot, E Johnson (not sure which 2?)

And which 1 Goalie to keep between Rinne and Holtby? (Wins, Loss(-), Saves, Shutouts (10pts))

    Thanks,
    Ken
