Help decide my keepers and prospects

Hey guys, need help, in my points only league with positional requirements in sig, I am allowed to keep 8 players in the summer. Tavares/Seguin, and John Carlson are my locks. For the remaining 5 spots I have to choose from between:

Pavelski - 6 mil for a few more seasons great value for a top player
Kuznetsov - RFA
Scheifele - 1 more year of around .9 mil, basically a lock to keep as well.
Nichushkin - such a question mark for me right now, he has one more year of .925 or something.
Yakupov - RFA, starting to like him a lot more in recent months.
Mikael Granlund - another RFA who feels like he needs to be a lock for me, I'm a believer in this guy

Trouba - next season .833
Seth Jones - next season .9

So already its a tough decision. I can also pick up any 2 of the following guys and use them as keepers instead:

Teravainen
Ehlers
Mark Stone
Pastrnak

Is what I would go with. But you can't go wrong with getting any of those prospects. Nichuskin I think will have a good bounce back year. Especially if he slots with seguin and Benn.

I wouldn't keep Jones or Trouba in points-only. They're stuck behind players like Byfuglien and Weber, I can't see them getting too many points in the next couple of years.

With that in mind, my keepers would be:
Pavelski
Scheifele
Yakupov
Kuznetsov
Granlund

If you have a farm system, then take Ehlers and Pastrnak over Granlund and Kuznetsov.

Im dropping my goalies, they dont hold a ton of value in my league (at least not the ones I own). I can draft some good goalies.

Pavelski
Scheifele
Kuznetsov ( on a line with Ovie today)
Nichushkin
Yakupov ( still believe he'll be a stud in this league....took longer than others...that's all)

I wouldn't mind picking Stone over Granlund, actually. But I wouldn't take Stone over guys like Kuznetsov, Yakupov or Scheifele.

Well can you stash those guys or must they be on your roster? I think that plays a role in choosing guys like Ehlers, Teravainen etc.

If you can't stash them I'd say: Pavelski, Kuznetsov, Scheifele, Nichushkin, Stone. Imo these give you the best short-term value, you can always replace them again next year (seeing that it's a league in which nobody owns guys like Teravainen and Ehlers...)

Pavs and Scheif are locks as you already have noted. As JP said, don't bother with D in points-only if you can help it.

For your final 3, I'm going Yaks, Stone and Nichu. Reason being is that RW should be much shallower than C (Kuzya, Granner) or LW (TT, Ehlers), allowing you to still find value in lower-ranked Cs and LWs. As a Pasta owner, I'm actually slightly worried about a sophomore slump this season with the Bruins make-over and guys like Connolly potentially pushing him down the lineup.

In straight-up value though, I like Yaks, Kuzya and Granner to have the highest ceilings in points-only.
