I’m in a 10team rotisserie league and our stats are: R, HR, RBI, SB, AVG, OPS – W, ERA, WHIP, K/9, QS, SV+H. Which 7 do I keep from above? I’ve bolded what I think my 7 should be, just would like some confirmation.

I agree with your keepers, but I won't lie, Cole Hamels makes me nervous as long as he's in Philly. I know there are tons of trade rumours around him and hopefully he gets dealt. Philly is not going to be a good team this year. Samardzija would be who I would consider as the possible replacement, even over Iwakuma, contrary to the rankings you have listed.

Kind of crazy but with your settings I might go Cishek over Hamels. With your settings he'll almost be a top 10 pitcher while Hamels is much less valuable (maybe 40-50 top pitcher.)

    Your batters are bang on.

I traded for Hamels in the off-season (just a pick like 4th round I think) hoping he’d get dealt. Our pitching cats were also a bit different which was K’s instead of K/9 which I flipped at. I was not that happy because I dealt for a pitcher who goes deep-ish into games to rack up Ks. But maybe I’ll surprise people and not keep Hamels.

    A couple of questions:

What level of starting pitcher do you find are available in the draft?
What are your starting positions (and how many of each)?

If there are some decent pitchers in the draft, I'd actually consider keeping Cruz. Of course you'd have to decide on Zimmerman/Hamels but just to throw out another option. Also, with OPS I would guess that Cruz is pretty valuable. Sure he's older but it's a reasonably shallow keeper list in a relatively shallow league, so your focus is more short-term (I'm guessing - you can confirm). You can solidify your offense while picking up value pitchers.

Again, this depends on your settings so my advice may not be as applicable.

C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, IF, 5OF, Util, 3SP, 2RP, 4P, 3BN, 2DL, 1NA (There’s another thing switched under my nose. We have more P spots, a Util spot, IF, and 1 extra OF now. Another shady thing the comish has done).

SP per O-Rank that are avail for draft are: Cobb (66), Iwakuma (71), Cole (74), Arrieta (82), Wood (89), Samardzija (90), Gray (92), Ross (93), deGrom (96), Tanaka (143), Fister (148).

    Batters: Dickerson (38), Ortiz (47), Marte (49), Victor Martinez (62), Holliday (63), Cruz (64), Dee Gordon (67), Heyward (69), Blackmon (70)

This is our second season (came in 1st last yr so 10th overall pick), so it seems like a heavy pitcher keeper league.

I dislike Braun post PEDs. Gimme Samardjzia > Braun. You can't have enough good arms with the frequency of TJ now.

I agree with your choices. Your format seems to favour HR hitters so I would be shopping Altuve around. Tough to think he'll repeat his .335 50+SB season.

I think your choices are bang on. Keep Hamels. Wins are incredibly fickle, it's just one category, and he might get traded yet. Shop him after the draft or something.

Oh, and tell your commish to stop being an idiot and change the rules back.

I think that you have the correct 7 although we all know and agree that Wins for Hamels won't occur much until he is traded.
