    Default The Dobber Forum MLB Wins Pool Official League Thread

    This is the official thread for the Dobber Forum MLB Wins Pool. The way it works is we draft MLB teams for wins where wins are equal to one point. We draft in a snake order. The competitor whose teams collectively win the most games wins the pool.

    This season we have 10 competitors drafting three teams each: axeman, zorro, thenugecooge, nowayout, metaldude, thewhale, dobber, bondon, austeane, horrorfan.

    Each competitor drafts three teams each. We are draft slow style in this thread starting immediately. The draft order is listed below:

    1. Axeman - Washington Nationals
    2. Zorro - LA Dodgers
    3. TheNugeCooge - Boston Red Sox
    4. Nowayout - St. Louis Cardinals
    5. Metaldude - Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim
    6. TheWhale - Seattle Mariners
    7. Dobber - Pittsburgh Pirates
    8. Bondon - Detroit Tigers
    9. austeane - Oakland A's
    10. horrorfan - Baltimore Orioles
    11. horrorfan - Cleveland Indians
    12. austeane - Toronto Blue Jays
    13. Bondon - Miami Marlins
    14. Dobber - Chicago Cubs
    15. TheWhale - San Francisco Giants
    16. Metaldude - Chicago White Sox
    17. Nowayout - New York Mets
    18. TheNugeCooge - San Diego Padres
    19. Zorro - New York Yankees
    20. Axeman - Kansas City Royals
    21. Axeman - Milwaukee Brewers
    22. Zorro - Cincinnati Reds
    23. TheNugeCooge - Colorado Rockies
    24. Nowayout - Texas Rangers
    25. Metaldude - Tampa Bay Rays

    No doubt. I would have chosen them as well if I had the top pick. It will be interesting to see who'll be available when I get to my back-to-back picks. I have a few teams in mind to target around then and if two of them are available I'll be happy. Hopefully, as any chance to contend will depend on those two picks working out and possibly exceeding expectations.
