Coach Ken Hitchcock is thinking about moving Paul Stastny to the second line between Jaden Schwartz and Vladimir Tarasenko.
That would place Jori Lehtera with Dmitrij Jaskin and Patrik Berglund. "We're looking at maybe flipping Lehtera and Stastny and see how that looks," Hitchcock said. "We haven't had the chemistry that we expect at times and it may be the time now to see if we can get some new energy and those two lines might work for us."

Stastny is a buy low. He's scoring quite a lot but a lot of people have soured on him. I couldn't get a bucket of KFC for him in my league. Maybe this will get him noticed?

I agree on the buy low but for the 7m cap hit he isn't worth it in my league

That's the same reason he's being criticized. At $7 million you don't come into a new lineup to just play a role. Or at least that's not the fan/media expectation.

He's very good at his job. He has a really bad start. 7 points in 17 games. However, since December he has been fairly consistent. 25 points in the last 31 games (.8 points/game). Which is about the pace that he has been scoring the last few years. If people were expecting more points than he has been scoring over the last three years, their expectations are unreasonable. $7 million is a high price, but if that is a mistake, its managements mistake not a failing of the player.
