Kessel or Tarasenko?
I know, it seems silly to even ask. Nevertheless, I am doing so. In a "points only" pool, how close are Kessel and Tarasenko? Who would you rather own?
The Kessel owner in my league wants to move him and I know that he covets Tank.

Kessel, for me.
He's line 1 & PP1 all-day, every-day.
STL has too much depth and they'll be protecting leads a lot.
This actually hurts Tank's "points only" value a bit.
On another team, I might call Tarasenko a 80pt player, but not on STL.

Over the last 4 seasons combined, Kessel is probably in the top 3 in total overall points. He has been that consistent.

I hate Kessel, but I own him. I love Tarasenko, but would not trade Kessel for him.

Kessel hasn’t missed a game as a Leaf I’m pretty sure. Even if he goes down to a 0.9ppg player, he still would put up 74pts. Kessel>Tarasenko. Also, when Kessel is hot, you could trade him off for an injured elite, or slumping goalie. Looking at next yr, you could trade Kessel for Lundy. If it was like this October 2014, Kessel was hot and lundqvist was perennially average.
