DO NOT DO THIS DEAL.
MacKinnon is still on an ELC and although he will get a substantial raise when he becomes a RFA the contract will still be well below 9-10 million a year. Add in the fact that MacKinnon should get similar points to Kessel I don't see how you can do this.
You are selling low on MacKinnon, if you insist on trading him away from your team it would be advisable that you wait until he inevitably has a huge game or hits a hot stretch.

The main question you should ask is if the other owner will be even a little bit interested in this. I could make the case that Hamilton and Franson are not that far off either way but Galchenyuk has 24 points and Granlund has 13. If the other owner accepts, take it and run.
