I guess it depends.
Will your team survive with Datsyuk on the IR for a bit or do you need the body?
Question 2 - Would you even be entertaining this offer had Datsyuk not got hurt?
If the answer is yes to Q1, Hang on to Datsyuk.
If the answer to Q2 is no, then I think you have your answer again.

Yes, it will survive.
I'm resolved that Datsyuk won't finish the season on my team. This is just earlier than I had anticipated.
If he was healthy and we were 60 games in, I suspect I would get a similar return with maybe another depth player or a middle of the pack draft pick.
