Kopitar vs Giroux

Who holds more value and by how much? Kopitar or Giroux

I think it may be closer than I originally thought. I'd put giroux in the 65-85 category ( injuries of course factored into that lowest figure, and I'm not sold on linemates) and kopitar in the 70-85pt ( plays 75-80 a year, and now has gaborik)

I have no idea how Giroux is a 65-85 guy and Kopitar is a 70-85 guy.

It's Giroux, and no it isn't close.

I have both, just seeing your thoughts on point separation. Seems I have kopitar a little closer than most.

So let me get this straight, Giroux is 65 -85 even though he has not posted less than 70 since his first full season season and has topped 85 twice? And he is injury concern even though he has only missed 5 games in his career? Kopitar is 70-85 even though he has only cracked 80 pts once which was four seasons ago? Also at this point in their respective careers Voracek is a better linemate than Gaborik in my opinion.

In a pts only league Giroux is the better option by a fair margin. Giroux has scored more points than any other player over the past 3 seasons.

If you told me the player wasn't going to have a major injury and said "Pick a 10pt range of confidence"... this would be mine for each player.

Giroux, absolutely. And also keep in mind Kopitar is more heavily leaned on for defensive matchups and responsibilities, and plays under a more defensive minded coaching system.
