Guys...I miss sports

I really miss football and hockey haha. We need shorter offseasons.

I agree. The Stanley Cup parade should end at the arena where the players go in an begin training camp.

Yeah - it feels like it's been a long, long, l-o-n-g time since we've had hockey... especially fantasy hockey.

Fortunately, down here in Atlanta... College Football is only two weekends away and it is HUGE!!!
Everybody gets together on Saturdays with their game day stuff.
It's a beautiful, beautiful bridge until hockey season.

This summer I got into the five Game of Thrones site... I can't even imagine how stir-crazy I'd be without those books & DobberHockey to visit.

Baseball is so boring to watch, I don't know how people do it. Going to the stadium with a bunch of friends and drinking is not bad but I could do that at a bar too!

Personally I don't mind the break from football and hockey. I enjoy watching baseball (although the wife hates it) so the summer break is nice.

I do find that once September starts up, so does my hockey excitement.

I have been in sports withdrawal ever since the Tour de France was over. If it wasn't for auto racing, I don't know what I'd watch on the weekends. Baseball does little for me and I am finding it hard to care about the NFL. I've gone through most of Netflix as well. The Premier League starts this weekend- maybe I'll see if I can get into that.

But yeah- I miss hockey A LOT.

Blashphemous!.....I actually like NFL football more than any sport, including hockey. Don't get me wrong, I'm Canadian and a hockey nut. But I love NFL football. its a 1-1A situation haha

Miss it too... but for me it all pans out.

Just as my Jays start to tank...ruining all hopes and dreams I have for reliving '92 and '93 ... Football kicks in. That takes my mind off my addiction to Hockey and related fantasy league for a couple weeks then BAM...Hockey starts. I get to watch my Saints dominate through to the playoffs... and really it's a crap shoot what happens in NFL playoffs... then when my Saints bow out... I still have my Leafs to pull me through the cold dreaded winter... until which time they find a NEW record (negative) to break shattering my heart... but what's that??? The snow is melting and buds are on the branches and so are my Blue Jays spreading their wings for another season.

and on... and on... and on...
