Help! Lundqvist+ for Mackinnon & Fleury

Restating this opinion, I would offer Lundqvist for Mackinnon straight up and see if he takes that, then keep

Don't give up a first rounder to get a goalie you don't need.

I too like this deal, unfortunately it seems like he is willing to part with this deal because he really doesn't like fleury
It's easy for me to argue that Mackinnon's amazing production of 63 points could be found elsewhere..
Especially in a relatively deep draft.

The only reason I would sweeten the deal is because I'm hoping that next year's 2nd round pick (I wasn't planning to give up my 1st overall this coming draft) would push him to say yes without too much hesitation.

I'm not so sure he knows what Mackinnon really is, but he's a peculiar one. Seems to be asking for more each time.

The only advantage I have is that I know he is in "win-now" (he pulled an all-in last year)

That's because you need to say NO. Negotiations work so much better when you make offers and counter offers. Talking about it goes nowhere. End the negotiations if he's not willing to make his offers officially.
