Powder blues are alright. My favourite will always be the royal blue though.

But I don't mind them, but the baby blue with a royal blue hat is just odd to me. Like, maybe if it was the white panel hat it would look better. But whatever, they're just jerseys. Don't hate, don't love em.
Oh ya for sure. There is a reason these teams tend to do it when a new wave of players/optimism comes in. As I said earlier the last one was when the Dickey trade happened. Now this.

At least it's not the NBA. I don't watch but when I do I can't believe how many teams have changed not just jerseys, but entire color schemes. It's sickening.

Kinda cool....Jays bring back Rzepczynski. Didn't even know he was still in the league. So maybe not that cool.

I can't disagree, but the odds he starts with the team is low.

    Agreed.

However.... If... And this is a big if... All things click and they get off to a great start. A wild card spot is possible. Yanks are already dealing with their usual injuries. Boston and Cleveland are worse. Are the White Sox and Angels playoff teams? Who knows?

Oh 100%. Would be dumb to waste a yr of control over like 4-6games he'd play in.

Definitely excited to see how Pearson develops.

So realistically, what is the window looking like for this team right now? We're in what...year 2 or 3 of Shatkins? Do we see this squad competing for the AL East as early as next year? What FAs are availalbe this offseason that we could actually go for?

Baseball is weird where 1 guys resurgence or 1 injury really effects a teams seasons. Honestly, Jays have an outside shot at making waves this yr. Yankees are down 2 of their pitchers, who knows about Tanaka. So they're already hurting.

Ryu throws 1 pitch, blows his elbow out. Totally effects the season.

I'd say next yr depending on teams health is when they could push for the playoffs seriously. But what if Boston adds via FA in 2020 offseason? I'd want the team to be fully pushing for the playoffs next season, but seriously thinking about it in 2022.

Reading down the list I saw INF beside Lamehieu and had a split second thought that it meant infinite positions. I'm used to IF being used for infield haha.

Now that you said IF, you're right haha. Coffee hasn't hit my brain yet.

I saw this on Twitter earlier so I thought I'd bring it here, just to get me away from the COVID-19 foolishness for a minute or two.

List your favorite Blue Jays in each position. This list is my personal favorite, not necessarily who I think is the "greatest" so to say. More who I loved to watch.

    C: Ernie Whitt
1B: Carlos Delgado (although John Olerud was a damn close 2nd)
    2B: Robbie Alomar
SS: Munenori Kawasaki (wanted to put John McDonald here too)
    3B: Rance Mulliniks

OF (3): Jesse Barfield, Joe Carter, George Bell

SP (3): Jimmy Key, Dave Steib, Doc Halliday
RP (2): Tom Henke, Dwayne Ward

Who's your favorite players at each position?
10 Team, Points Only, Cash League

25 Man Roster (no position), top 20 point getters count at end of month
Keep 20/25 at seasons end, Cut 5 to FA for redrafting
    Goalie points W=2pt L=-1pt SHO=2pt

Stamkos, Tavares, Eichel, Mercer, JRobertson, RThomas, Kucherov, Nugent-Hopkins, Tuch, KConnor, Necas, Point, Konecny, SJarvis, Cozenz, Morrissey, Bouchard, Josi, Novak, Tolvanen, Peterka, Brink

    G- Vasilevskiy, Sorokin, Oettinger
