It's crazy to think if they had McClanahan and Franco we'd prolly be thinking about playing Baltimore. They are only 2.5games behind the Orioles.

Speaking of the Orioles. If they end up winning the division, they will have the same amount of divisional wins as the Yankees over the last 10yrs (2). And in those 10yrs, Baltimore has 3 100L seasons, and are 700-813 over the 1,513 games played (75-87 avg record over the last 10 seasons). Yankees are 853-660 over the same period (91-71 avg record over the last 10 seasons)

The never ending terror that is the AL East. And while Baltimore is just going to get better, I'm sure Boston is only a year or two away from another resurgence.

I can not stand umps. Omg, they have been awful the last couple of weeks. It's like the bad umps are trying to get their last shred of limelight before they aren't allowed to ump playoff games.

That Angel Hernandez BS with the Phillies was embarrassing. Like...omg Angel. For him to even double down and say "check the replay and you'll see I'm right" was the epitome of what is wrong with him.

That helmet has a very solid "certificate" of authenticity. Here's the MLB broadcast, here's security taking away to get it autographed, here's them bringing it back, here's the various local news stories, etc.

Hernandez is utterly terrible.


In Jays news, magic number is now 1, and they (and Texas) can clinch with a Texas win.
